  Accessibility Shortcuts    
38 Press SHIFT five times StickyKeys Turns StickyKeys on and off.  StickyKeys lets you use the SHIFT, CTRL, ALT or Windows Logo keys by pressing one key at a time.
39 Press down and hold the right SHIFT key for eight seconds FilterKeys Turns FilterKeys on and off.  FilterKeys causes Windows to ignore brief or repeated keystrokes and slows down the keyboard repeat rate.
40 Press down and hold the NUM LOCK key for five seconds ToggleKeys Turns ToggleKeys on and off.  The ToggleKeys cause a tone to sound when you press the CAPS Lock, NUM Lock or SCROLL Lock keys.
