The Theory of Constraints Workshops consist of a series of 6 stand-alone workshops designed to provide comprehensive training that explores strategies for applying the theory of constraints to increase efficiency and achieve dramatic bottom-line improvement.

Classes provide a forum for discussion and exchange of ideas with peers. Current modules are:
